Group Counselling
Group sessions are offered based on what where I have seen need in my client base. Group counselling gives people the option for a lower-rate counselling session, and the added benefit of hearing and learning from others in similar situations. Check out my Facebook page for more information on upcoming group sessions.
Family Counselling
Families goes through many ups and down, from small disagreements to explaining that mom and dad are no longer together. If you feel like you need some help keeping the peace during difficult conversations, we're here to help. Family counselling can also be extremely beneficial in building relationships between family members, whether this is between parent and child, siblings, or any other combination.
Family sessions are offered in regular 50 minute sessions, or in extended 90 minute sessions to suit your family's needs.
Couple's Counselling
Whether your relationship is brand new or you've been together for 50 years, relationships are hard work. Couples counselling can be used as a preventative measure to develop a strong foundation from the beginning of a relationship, or to mend some of the cracks that may have spread throughout the years. Rekindle the love you and your partner share for another and find new ways to understand the needs of the person who means so much to you.
Couples sessions are offered in regular 50 minute sessions, or in extended 90 minute sessions to suit your needs. All couples counselling intakes will be done individually, and then the couple will be seen together for the remainder of the counselling process.
