Our Mission

Since our opening in spring of 2023, the main goal of MBS Wellness is to provide a safe and empathetic space for all who enter.  Our practitioners are dedicated and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.  Once you step into our office, we hope that you will feel a sense of peace and belonging where you can explore who you are, overcome challenges, and grow into a person you are proud of. 

Our practitioners use science-based interventions to provide up to date therapy and teach effective coping skills.  With training in areas such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT),  and more, our practitioners are ready to meet you where you are and help you overcome whatever challenges you may face. As our practitioners have different specialities, we are sure to have someone who suits your needs.
