Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are currently able to direct bill Blue Cross insurance, but are accepted by most insurance companies.  Need help submitting to your insurance company? We would be happy to help you through the process and give you one less thing to worry about.


Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, there are some sliding scale spaces available for those in need, we believe that mental health aid should never be denied due to financial difficulties.  Please reach out for more information.

Where is the office located?

Our office is located at 60 Bishop Drive, Fredericton NB.  We are on the second floor, above the Lighthouse Bookstore and across the parking lot from CarQuest Auto Parts. 


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit methods of payment.  All debit and credit transactions are done through our secure clinic app, Jane, so your information is always protected.  Please note, if you decide to pay cash we do not keep cash on hand and will not be able to make change. 

Will my information be shared?

Your information will only be shared if required by law, this could include a court order or in the case of abuse of someone in the vulnerable sector.  If you wish for your information to be shared with a third party, the proper consents are required and all security protocols will be followed to ensure your information is kept confidential. 


What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be taken on a case by case basis, because we know you can't plan for everything!
