I am a Masters of Counselling Psychology student from Yorkville University. I am passionate about helping people see their strengths and work through their personal challenges. My goal is to create a space that is accepting and warm, where clients can feel safe and heard.
I am a licensed teacher in the ASD-W school district with a Masters of Education in Culturally Responsive Teaching. I am also currently training in Play Therapy which provides practices and activities to support children and youth through play.
I enjoy using a CBT, Person Centred & Strengths Based approach for challenges including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/confidence, stress, and relationship issues.
